Registrations of Transfer Students (Cumulative)

The students newly admitted to undergraduate programs through transfer must submit the following documents to the Registrar's of by hand between 18 - 20 September 2023 by 17.00.

For students who are admitted within Transfer Applications 

Documents

  1. The final registration form can be obtained from the following link: http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/forms 

Processes

  1. Visit http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/student-id-cards to get detailed information about id card processes and apply for a new id card over https://cardinfo.metu.edu.tr. The old id card will become passive and lose its validity.

  2. Visit https://student.metu.edu.tr/ for interactive registration and advisor approvals which will be held on 27 - 29 September 2023.

For students who are admitted from outside of METU and METU Northern Cyprus Campus 

Documents

  1. The final registration form can be obtained from the following link: http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/forms 

  2. "There is no obstacle to transfer" certificate approved by the university of the students admitted (for the one did not submit it in application process)

  3. Photocopy of National Identity Card / Passport

  4. Diploma Equivalency Certificate

  5. High School Diploma for Foreign Students (For International Students)

Processes

  1. Visit https://useraccount.metu.edu.tr/newstudent/ to take the user code and password 

  2. Visit http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/student-id-cards to get detailed information about id card processes and apply for a new id card over https://cardinfo.metu.edu.tr.

  3. Visit https://student.metu.edu.tr/ for interactive registration and advisor approvals which will be held on 27 - 29 September 2023. International students are supposed to pay a tuition fee before the interactive registration. Please visit http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/tuition-fee-amounts for fee amounts.
